Yeah. This is the "random" board. I can do things like this. It needs to inspire discussion though, but with the magnitude of my thoughts, that should not be an issue. Now time for a WALL OF TEXT!
Where to begin? Let's begin with standards. I usually exceed standards. I get a high GPA and sit with A's in most of my classes. My problem? Some of my classes are ridiculously easy. My German class is a joke. What I've learned in previous years I've forgotten because they were not enforced at the time, we move at a slow pace spending a great amount of time on each subject, and our tests are so ridiculously easy I only lose points because I misspell words or forget them altogether. (Losing roughly 1 or 2 points.) The trouble for me is that the learning speed and difficulty of this class is determined by the people in it. The class is taught to the lowest common denominator, the knuckle dragging rockheads who might not even go on to college. Personally, if they want to take German I think they can, but they stick with German as long as they can, clinging to the program so it brings up their GPAs because it's taught at their level. They are taught to, and those of us who are actually learning are ignored to facilitate their needs. The standard, essentially, is holding me back and preventing me from achieving and learning more when concerning the German language.
I would also like to ask you: Who gets more attention? The smart kids? Or the dumb kids?
The answer is the dumb kids. We have few programs for smarties, and one of which is synergy. We have ONE synergy teacher for our high school and two middle schools. She teaches about 100 kids. We have a special education program where the teacher to student ratio is about 1:1. The focus clearly isn't on us when the district decides who it needs to help. Why would we care for the bottom anyway when they won't go on to do much? Sure, they can be useful by building houses or working in a factory, but what else can they do? Innovation is made by those who know how to apply their intellect to complex problems and have a great capacity for comprehension. Who's going to solve our energy crisis? Probably someone with an IQ above 100. We won't find those people in special education.
If I could have a super power I would like to have the ability to spontaneously hurt people. Just by thinking and focusing my hatred on them could hurt them. That would be awesome.
Something is wrong with this kid. Why did his parents let him play video games? Parenting seriously needs to improve. I hope I don’t raise a kid like this if/when I have kids.
Why are people racist? Or, more specifically, why do people not like other people for no reason? I personally think it’s because people recognize similar characteristics they share with other people. Because the original person believes themselves to be superior to all others, others with their qualities are also better than other people. When one then finds somebody with nothing in common, then they hate them for being so different and clearly inferior.
I also wonder why minority groups alone can be the ones to play the racist card, or the woman card, or whatever they do. It seems like they fall back upon these things only to receive the status of being the same without the expectations of the majority. In short, they want benefits without work. It also seems to come as a simple defense when someone is under attack by an outside source, and by using the race/gender/disability/etc. strategy or argument they set up a “red herring” or a distraction from the argument focusing on something completely irrelevant to make the other person’s ideas look less credible. Usually employing this strategy has a negative effect on your argument because it just shows how much you fail at arguing and arouses anger at the notion that you need to rely on such strategies to stop your opponent from destroying you with his words.
I often wonder at why I sometimes want to eat something specific, and then when I have access to this food I suddenly don’t want it. I think it would be because I merely want something to pursue, and I don’t really care about the end goal itself. It seems only the pursuit matters, and once you obtain it you focus on something else. Apparently this mentality applies to love as well as food.
What is love? I find myself thinking about this while seeing a couple doing pretty much anything together. Why does love bind two people together so well? Why does it suddenly stop and focus on a completely different person? Why are people so motivated by it? Why do men sit through boring monologs in which his girlfriend vents all her problems and desires all over him? Why do women sit by while their men fall from grace and even abandon them? Why do I care to such a great degree?
Which brings me to another thought: why do women act/behave the way they do? I do know that their brains work a little bit differently than a man’s brain, but I know little beyond that. Also from my limited experience and observations I can tell that emotions are important things to them. I gave up the idea that I would understand long ago, and yet I continue to think. Somebody please stop me from thinking about this, I really don’t want to.
I got attacked by a wall in Final Fantasy 4. It was embarrassing.
Why do people curse so often? I realize it’s an expression of anger, but you can express your anger in better ways or with more polite words. It seems almost crude and vulgar how often I’ll hear people using the f-bomb to describe an unfavorable event. I’m not sure if it even means anything anymore. It just seems to be an intensifier, used to show strong emotion towards a subject.

Why do I like RPG games so greatly? After you play one, the rest seem almost like cheap knock offs of each other. And also why do I spend my money on games in a series? There’s little difference between them when looking at the fundamental aspects of how the game is played. I would certainly like to figure this out before I buy another Pokemon game. (We’re currently on…Platinum.)
Why do people care about spoilers so much? You're going to find it all out later, so why not learn about it now? I guess it's because you think the "suprise" factor will be greater when you discover it in context.
Yes...I certainly do think a lot. Now my next thought is: What do you (the audience) think of my thoughts?
