Game and Watch lives to ridiculous percents with this technique. It also sort of works for Yoshi (side-b) and DK (up-b) but they are useless after they use their move while Game and Watch can do anything he wants.

This technique is called "bucket braking" for Game and Watch, and involves using an aerial (preferably N-air) and then the bucket to cancel all momentum. This does not work if he has caught three projectiles.

The fastest aerial is perfered. Thus you can stop your some of your momentum, and start the bucket.

Fastest aerial with Game and Watch is the N-air
Fastest aerial with Yoshi is the U-air
Fastest aerial with Donkey Kong is the B-air

Keep in mind that when you fly up you need to fast fall the aerial to slow your upwards momentum.

mHm. But Yosh's Break is perfered where the egg will not completely kill you.

Like Braking really off the stage horazontally, the egg will just drop straight down.

Umm i was experimenting with ness/lucas, and since i didn't have the second person to be DK, (or the time to build a large stage), i was wondering if someone could test out this "bucket brake" with their down-B's, because it does seem to stop some movement.

c307, for Ness it stops a little bit, but not by much, it's better to use F-Air
And with Lucas, just like Pk Magnet, it will kill you, not save you. O.o
