www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIP7QY0anuwI was looking into this, it looks interesting. Jab locking I think would be considered stalling. (Am I right?) So it would be illegal in our tournaments unless you use it very minimum. I've only experienced this once by accidentally on a friendly Fox vs Falco match. (Me as falco) I just wondered if this would be any useful even with the stalling rule.

It isn't stalling.
Only if you continue it past a point where someone should die, then it'll be considered stalling.

Laser lock is fun. Mac got it on someone he was playing against and we all laughed at the loser.
It's not stalling, as it damages the opponent. It seems more like an infinite.
