I don't think anyone else is going to post here...but I tried picking up Wario a while ago to make him my main (before I gave up and went to the dark side of Star Fox) and I picked up a few important things about Wario that most people will miss.
He moves laterally well. He might even jump faster than run. The bike serves to stop projectiles and aid recovery. It should be driven off the stage (jump off the bike first), eaten, or destroyed before you try to use it while it's sitting on the stage. He has really short range. Using Wario teaches you to get in your opponent's face. You can win if you control the air with Wario. Your U-air kills at low percentages, the B-air and be used to approach with (dash reverse), and your D-air serves as a good way to add damage. Wario's smashes kinda suck, and you will rely on your tilts more. Something a lot of noobs need to work with before they only use the C-stick to fight on the ground.
In short: Wario forces you to play aggresively, and can be used as an in-between when transitioning into an offensive style of play. You almost need to learn it to win with Wario.
