I suggest Roost on Crobat.
You'll be recovering your recoil damage.
Otherwise, there's not much else I can say.

The HP fire is to obviously deal with steel types, but With Brave Bird and stealth rock, recoil will hurt.
The question is when can one get off a roost? A follow up question is: how much do you fear stealth rock?

Um... I dunno?
Maybe on a switch?
Also, he has Drapion and Toxicroak for Steel handling.

HP (fire) is to deal with a leading steel type like your Scizor for example. Crobat is the only one on my team who I know is faster than Scizor, so I can get in a SE attack on Scizor while Scizor has nothing that is SE on Crobat.
It's options are to eat the fire, or switch-out, still allowing Crobat to get in some dmg to the switched-in pokemon. And it's speed will most likely allow it to attack the switched-in pokemon a second time before the opponent has done anything effective.
Drapion, and Toxicroak are set to deal with a steel type as well, but they simply don't have the speed I want to start with.
I'm just going to have to deal with stealth rock, and Crobat's recoil. Toxic spikes should allow me to fight fire with fire. But, If I suspect a leading pokemon has stealth rock, I can taunt it with Crobat. Another reason why Crobat is first.
Having Crobat know roost, would take away the offensive effectiveness he has. I'd have to drop HP (fire) for it, and lose my advantage over a Scizor or any other leading steel type.
EDIT: Wait WTF!!! Wasn't Master Koga the sixth gym leader in Red/Blue/Yellow? He was poison too! I'm calling shannigans!

Actually that is awesome.
We need a rock gym leader first and we're set.

Since you guys were talking about it, does bullet punch on scizor do 80 or 90 base with STAB and Technician? Because is it 40 + 1/2(40) for technician plus another 1/2(40) making it 80, or is it 60 because of either STAB or Technician +30 for whichever one is left, making it 90? And how much dmg does life orb add?

It's base power goes to ninety. Technician adds 1.5x and STAB adds 1.5x. Multiply 1.5 by 1.5 and you get 2.25. Multiply 40 by 2.25 and you get 90.
Life Orb would then multiple that damage by 1.3, but that figures into the damage claculation, not base power calculation so don't say your base power is 117.

Faced your team today on Shoddy, quite a lot actually.
My breakdown of stuff.
Crobat is freakin' beast. At least you know what you are doing with it.
U-Turn to Drapion to counteract Psychic, is well played.
I can't say for sure your Muk did very much, you would always Curse first, that in which I did a freaking lot of damage, and then kill you before you had your upgraded attacks swung in.
Claydol was a nice add, only for the versatile coverage, even though Drapion did a well job. You used Rapid Spin with no Stealth Rock on your side, and testing for damage is bad. Rapid Spin has a BP of 20. With your Dol attack, it's average / almost below.
Your Toxicroak takes it up the ass against Psychic, but you can't utilize a switch because your Drapion is dead. Dealt decent damage against my Steel, with Brick Break. You didn't really use Flatter, so I don't see what you were planning with it.
I guess Crobat / Drapion was a good pair. Only for good prediction on your part.
Overall not bad. Need to pack some more punch though. Some matches I lasted with 4 Pokes left. D:
Good Game, regardless.

mac, almost every pokemon in the game is faster than scizor
it's just that scizor has priority moves....so speed hardly matters

Toxicroak is going to be fixed/replaced. Crobat is my beast though. He works really well with Drapion. The packing punch is a lot of just being a poison team that likes to sit and watch the other team die. I think I'd need more tanking for that to be more effective. Venasaur comes to mind when thinking of replacing Toxicroak, because I do like Muk as special wall. You just got me with a crap load of physical attacks, and got in bad match-ups. If can get another good pair like Crobat and Drapion, then this team will be a force. EDIT: Just had an idea. I might make Toxicroak support for Tentacruel using Rain Dance, and then doing whatever damage he can until he dies and switch to Tentacruel. I think I'll drop Flatter for that. EDIT #2: Fix'd. Muk has been replaced with Venusaur. Still has good Spe. Def., but has a tad more offensive kick with two Spe. STABs. Toxicroak does know Rain Dance now so he can pair better with Tentacruel.

mac, you leave your guys in to die WAY TOO OFTEN
and I dont mean like fodder
many times I played you you just let queen(different team) or claydol just die after getting them into IMPOSSIBLE matchups. Seriously, it's not a good thing to start using death fodder at 80% >_>
And I don't think you really know what dry skin does, so I'll help you with that -note: it is the most complex ability in the game, so it makes sense to be confused
-rain restores 12.5% each turn -ABSORBS WATER ATTACKS (25%) -WEAK TO FIRE ATTACKS (additional 25% added to normal amount of damage) -if it's sunny outside: minus 12.5% each turn
yeah, it's big.
Just use dry skin to switch in to water attacks (claydol should be a good magnet for them)
but rain dance doesn't do much at all for your team because there's only 3 pokemon that benefit from it and only 1 that can gain the 1.5x from the rain. (it helps venusaur, if you were wondering)
