The second vid is crazy mad SDI.
These vids aren't that old (febuary).
DI hasn't really changed since the beginning ne way.

The videos just show what can happen with good DI.
DI hasn't changed from febuary till now. DI is DI, no matter what time the survival/rape happened.
If these two videos were made on June 1st would they be any more impressive. Not really no.

You totally missed my point there.
It's been given time to grow stale with the amount of time it's already been in existence. Sure it's cool and all, but different ways of applying DI are found almost on a daily basis. These are just stale examples at this point.

DI guide=good
DI videos=old and extreme examples. How about showing how it affects REAL battles instead of demonstrations?

SDI into pit to avoid fsmash, i used to be able to do that 50% of the time SDI away from meta's fair/bair and punish movelag=viable, but im bad at it SDI into meta's nair when at ~150% so that you take the weaker hit also, SDI was in melee as well, it's just that melee is faster and it's harder to see a move coming, which is why SDI is talked about so much more by people that play brawl and not only the supreme melee rulers. I once SDI'd a falcon knee on battlefield (melee) with peach at 80% before the knee so that i only went as far as half the stage, and not dead  |
