Does it? I mean. some recoveries have major issues and literally causes your death, because you unintentionally hit that edge. Which you can't really slide up. vs Battlefield. Where your recorvery follows the edge into the ledge. I wouldn't say it pisses me off. I just found it irratating for some characters.

It's just a pain. Maybe Sakari wantd us to play on different stages than Final Destination. To make his goal come true, he gimped the edge for most characters. (besides Captain Falcon, and we all know how good he is.)

His plan is...sort of working.
It's because Falcon is magickal.

I've felt that pain with my main and secondary characters being Bowser and Pokemon Trainer respectively, and I have to say that I wish Sakurai didn't make FD so hard to recover on. It's annoying to lose due to that, especially with money on the line (remember the last brawl tournament I went to Nelson?)

Geez i hate that edge. IT has made me lose (counts fingers bleh). Worst part is Captain Man-love's recovery can glide it. More tourneys should be held at Battlefield where the edge is a bit easier than Final D.

I also find it annoying when you try to recover with Snake. and can do almost nothing about being stuck there.

Well Tony, what I remember is you followed a little kid playing Lucas down there and he bounced off the bottom of FD. You must have gotten stuck in our match to say such a thing about me though. It sounds like something I'd do to you.

I just didn't expect it. I kept thinking, I'd have that 3rd life. Then I was like....wait. $###! No worries though. It was alright.

We seriously need to go back to three lives. I dominate with that third life. My battles usually go: life 1 scout opponents play style, life 2 finish first life and heavily damage second, life 3 knock off the last two stock. It's a little hard to do with just 2 stock.

hate that 2 stock it stunts the "comeback and pwn" phase of my operations.

Absolutely. In a two stock match neither player really gets any sort of a chance to form a cognitive strategy around the other person's style. It's altogether just an irritating premise. 3 is at least what needs to be done, if not a bump up to four. That's the way to do it. But that's also impractical and long for around 15 matches to go on in a tournament.
So yeah. Boo to the two stock.

3 stock takes about 4 minutes. 15 matches in a 16 person tourney= one hour.
My we've strayed off topic. Adding now that FD's edge annoys me because Wolf either gets stuck underneath, or you aim in a direction away from the bottom you miss the edge by a large margin. Also, sometimes I Side-B to grab the ledge and fall straight down. Not good for recovery.
