A new main??

I'm trying to figure out a main to be. .

I need a little help of course since i can play every character but Dedede and ROB.

My main choices are, Samus, Link, Pit, Wario, Kaabi, LUCARIO, PKM trainer, and maybe Yoshi.

I do need help finding my main, I haven't figured it out for months. ANy suggestions.

I can't main JP. He is fun in all but hard to be. He is a fun second though, especially when u see the face of the opponent u just beat.

I may try Wario, not at tournaments yet though.
I'm looking at Yoshi a lot right now.

Yoshi? hm. I always have a bad style when playing with him. v_v I always try to spike, and miss the second jump.

I have to say this, coming from a guy that used Yoshi as a tertiary in Melee, he doesn't have the coverage that he once had. His dtilt used to be able to go all the way around, but it doesn't anymore. That may not make you worry enough, but it's a huge part of playing defensive when someone's rushing you. He's degenerated from Melee, but he's still decent. If you're thinking of using Yoshi, know that you will have quite a few setbacks.

Oh geez thats funny. I just played melee like 2 hours ago. (lol). Yes i played Yoshi and i was wondering. Why did they debuff him.

A better thing for Brawl is his aerial game though. Scratch that. MUCH better thing.

His air game is much harder to maintain though in Brawl due to the floatyness of the game.

Sorry man but Yoshi is much more obsolete in Brawl.

I still recommend Wario to the highest degree, no one expects him and he's actually a decent character.

I like Wario (hes like a second jiggly puff to me). But i find him hard to hit with, his up-smash is hard to get all the hits in. Forward smash has too much lag. Down smash. Last too long and too short a range.

Forward air is a piece of junk sry. He is a very close second right now.

Lucario maybe. I like his smashes range and the time it lasts. AURA RULEZ. Hard to fight with at low % though. Plus Evan owned him too many times. I like that counter however.

I may be Wario at the tournament after this tournament. I'm going to compary Yoshi and Wario playing ppl not 2 computers at once. Both have unexpected play styles and ppl think their trash so i could go either way.

Wario has a short range you need to overcome, but there's lots of potential for great things. (shown by the tier list *coughnumbereightcough*) You can use the reverse aerial rush if you don't want to attack with the F-air. F-smash also has super armor to compensate for its crap range.

There are far too many shortcomings to him compared to others.

I used to main as Lucario. He is a little difficult to do well with at low %s, and it's strange to allow yourself to be ass raped by your opponent at the beginning of fights, but he's floaty enough and heavy enough to recover from any misstep during that period. And once he reaches his higher %s he's an absolute beast with his deceptive range increase. But it's up to you.
