As lame as it sounds, it did. But there 2 different groups of smashers. 1. The people who suck, who think they are good. (and get owned) 2. The people who are actually good, just busy.
Some of group 2 people actaully go. But it's mostly Group 1 peeps.

That's true, they don't allow wired controllers. I think I should ask if they'd let me use wired if I use an extension cable. I've already tried asking Tommy. Kevin said , people would pull on that too, which would pull the cord, then the Wii. That makes me mad, no one's controller is like mine. ;_;

T.T Kevin, let's pitch in and bye a wireless control and share. ;]

133tcpu, the computers at Play n Trade sometimes get hacked. Were not joking either. Captain Manlove almost won one of the first tourny's. (during a tourny for fun), it was White Peach and Captian Manlove duked it out for 1st. Wolfe just won. We know Cfalcon is better thane White peach though (we watched their fight one time). It was more epic than any of the human matches
Just no one really likes Wolfe but me and Nelson (because we just dominate with them). And no one could handle Wolfe's reflector counter.

If you thought our ruleset from our Thanksgiving tourney was bad...

We're a bunch of scrubs out here. Whooo!
Anyway, the tournament is pretty much set up to cater to a "semi-competitive" group. That's why you have computers winning. I support the feeling that I hate how it's run.

Tournament mode? 2 stocks?
They don't want their Wii getting pulled out of the wall for the 9th time. These kids need to stay CALM. v_v

Ya there are a few people that get a bit crazy at PnT. I believe Chris Cooper described them as "jumpers," little kids that would jump up and down while they played. The tournament attracts many people like them.
